Hot Cuisine
The Hot Cuisine Club goes a few steps further than the Food Studies program can. In addition to basic cooking skills, students explore new techniques related to cooking on a grander, more refined scale. Students will be able to use these new skills at home or on the job if they are employed in the service sector.
Hot Cuisine members have always been become so adept in their skills that they have always been very competitive in this the cooking portion of the NWT Skills Competition.
