École St Patrick High School
Advanced Placement Program
École St Patrick High is proud to announce that beginning August 2010 they will be offering an Advanced Placement Program. The Advanced Placement Program is an enrichment opportunity for those students intending to go on to College or University. Advanced Placement Program (AP) has partnered with colleges, universities, and high schools to provide students with the opportunity to take college-level course work and exams while still in high school. As a certified Advanced Placement school, ESPHS will be offering university level AP classes beginning in August 2010.
Students who are part of the Advanced Placement program will receive a number of benefits upon entering university, including scholarships. AP students are eligible to apply for multiple entrance awards. Students could be eligible to receive up to $15,000 in scholarships and are eligible to receive early admission into U of A and other universities. Students are considered based on the best of their AP v. the diploma course results and students who are successful on an AP exam will be given university credit for those courses.
If you have any questions, please contact Todd Stewart, Assistant Principal at École St Patrick High School at
