RILE Staffing Announcement

Yellowknife Catholic Schools is excited to announce that Catherine Son will be stepping into the role of Regional Indigenous Languages Education Coordinator (RILE) for the 2026–2027 school year.

In this role, Catherine will work alongside Betsy Lucko to support the revitalization and strengthening of Indigenous language learning across the district. Together, they will work closely with staff, students, and families to foster meaningful connections to culture, community, and land while strengthening language learning across all schools.
